it can get messy when mixing an apex plug in with the google map api.
The recent error I had was due to the change of the server domain and not updating the API user list.
This is a debugging process for apex and jk64 plug in for google map features.

- try to check if domain you are using is in the list of allowed domains
- make sure you don’t have multiple google APIs on one page
- I have one in the APEX page header
- Under “Other Components”, select component setting
