Where is the line between ethics and self-interest?


In the name of principles and ethics, we constantly justify the righteousness and meaning of our actions, intentions, and responses. But without any self-interest, is there such a thing as living by principles?


Aren’t we, as humans, so deceptive that we have mastered ways to convince ourselves that we are good, hiding our true motives deep down in our subconscious?


Are we truly good and ethical?
